Craig began his career with State Farm in 2010 and participated in the Agent Aspirant Program from 2010 to 2013 before opening his first agency on January 1, 2014.

Craig's accomplishments include being a seven-time Ambassador Travel Qualifier, four-year SVP Qualifier, and achieving President’s Club in both Auto and Health Insurance. In addition, he graduated from Georgia Southern University in Statesboro in 2008 with a degree in finance. Craig is originally from Eatonton, Georgia, and currently resides in Atlanta along with his spouse Jessica and twin girls, Leah and London Ritchie. When Craig isn’t busy talking about insurance, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, collecting vinyl records, and going to live concerts.
